Job summary

McKesson in Irving, TX seeks a Director, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to support growth and profitability. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while guiding data, process, and tools transformation.

You will mentor a team of analysts, ensure compliance with internal controls, and partner with business leaders to translate operational drivers into financial action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• MBA or related finance leadership credentials preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly closes and forecast processes including budgeting and long-range planning.
• Communicate and translate financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization and partnership with business leaders to translate drivers into financial actions.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team and ensure internal controls compliance.
