Job summary

Moss, the premier Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field projects and hourly teams on-site. The role partners with field leadership to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and ensure a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, while maintaining records and assisting with payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll, onboarding, or employee relations.
• Experience supporting hourly workers or field operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and data privacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Assist payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance data.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs; escalate complex cases.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce development initiatives.
