IDEX is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Excellence & Operations to lead talent processes across multiple business units. You will drive leadership development, talent management, integrations, training deployment, and HR systems optimization in a scalable, data‑driven way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR, talent management, or related experience.
• Experience managing enterprise or multi-site talent and leadership development.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong project and program management, analytics, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and administration of the Platform Talent Development Program.
• Coordinate participant selection, assessments, communications, development activities, progress reviews, and reporting.
• Support talent review and succession planning processes across operating companies.
• Lead HR integration activities for acquisitions and onboarding.
