IDEX is seeking an HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, aligning people strategies with business goals. The role involves leading HR programs across various functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, and strong knowledge of employment laws. The position offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 to $186,000, along with a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
