FirstBank PR is seeking a dedicated Business Support Representative on a temporary basis to assist the HR department in coordinating employee activities, engagement initiatives, and event logistics in Puerto Rico.

You will handle materials, registrations, vendor coordination, and maintain trackers, reports, and presentations.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, and can work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Mansioni

• Support the coordination and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives including participant follow-up and distribution of recognition goodies.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for employee activities and events, including preparation of materials, registrations and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain program trackers, records, and participation data, supporting the preparations of reports and presentations for engagement, recognition, and volunteer initiatives.
