Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the colleague experience across the employee lifecycle. You will administer employee housing operations, coordinate onboarding, and assist with J-1 visa recruitment while delivering confidential HR support.

This on-site role collaborates with Facilities and Operations, ensures housing compliance, and helps organize employee events. A starting hourly rate of $23.00 applies, with experience-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee housing operations including move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support international recruitment efforts including J-1 visa participants.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll-related inquiries and timekeeping as needed.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and events.
