Responsibilities

• Partners strategically on plans affecting people and develops HR programs.
• Develops staffing strategies and external sourcing for roles at all levels.
• Manages compensation, benefits, and HR policy development and enforcement.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the organization.
