Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Field HR team and support Region 5. You will partner with our Regional HR Director and Regional VPs to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws while executing HR initiatives that foster engagement, development, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 5–8 years multi-site HR management or 3+ years as internal Store Manager.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Workday, Navex, and Microsoft tools.
• High discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Guide managers on performance management and training.
• Support staffing needs and recruiting efforts for Region 5.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
• Travel to store locations approximately 60% of the time.
