• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently.
• TABC and Food Handler certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, screen, interview, reference, and track applications.
• Conduct in person, Zoom, and phone interviews.
• Interview applicants and inform them of acceptance or rejection.
• Liaise with employment agencies and local communities for openings.
• Audit onboarding processes and ensure they are up to date.
• Prepare and send offer packages and orientations.
• Maintain job descriptions and update as needed.
• Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
