Job summary

BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking an HR Director to share leadership of the HR function, partnering with the HR Executive to advance people strategy, programs, and day-to-day operations across BNBuilders.

The role emphasizes talent strategy, recruiting, learning and development, performance and succession planning, and career growth. You will collaborate with executives and project teams to translate business needs into practical people initiatives, oversee HR disciplines, and position BNBuilders as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of HR leadership experience in construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, compliance, and HRIS.
• Experience partnering with outside recruiting partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into practical people, workforce, and organizational priorities across regions and teams.
• Lead and oversee HR disciplines including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and HR operations.
• Advise executives on complex people matters and coach leaders through change, performance, and retention.
• Develop HR goals, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze workforce data to drive improvement.
• Lead learning and development strategies for employees and leaders; build leadership programs and career pathways.
• Ensure HR programs are equitable, compliant, and aligned with company values and business needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles and talent pipelines; strengthen employer branding.
