Pavilion of South Shore is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. Under the direction of the home office and Regional HR teams, this role acts as the sole resource for payroll submission and HR activities at the facility level.

The position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leaves, investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will partner with managers and leadership to support staff and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and HRIS data management.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with benefits administration and leave management.
• Ability to train managers and lead HR initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the sole payroll and HR resource at the facility level.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage applicant tracking, background checks, and onboarding.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and deductions.
• Lead investigations and handle harassment/ethical matters.
• Coordinate with regional/home office HR for escalations.
• Maintain OSHA records and respond to employment verifications.
