Job summary

Pavilion of South Shore is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. Under the direction of the home office and Regional HR teams, this role serves as the sole HR resource at the facility level, overseeing payroll submissions and HR activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience handling benefits and onboarding.
• Ability to lead investigations and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate records through ATS and train hiring managers.
• Run payroll and manage deductions; review and correct payroll entries.
• Administer benefits and onboarding for new hires.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and manage social media for staffing.
• Handle disciplinary actions consistently and investigate harassment.
• Manage leaves (FMLA) and HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to employment verifications and wage garnishments.
• Maintain OSHA files and post required documents.
• Be sole facility HR resource for benefits and handbook questions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
