The HR Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across two sites, overseeing labor relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance to drive an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years’ experience as a manager and 3+ years in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the HR department across two facilities totaling ~400 employees.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and employee development.
• Manage labor relations, CBAs, grievances, and interactions with union leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
