Job summary

StandardAero's CRS seeks a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and delivery across multiple sites in MO, FL, AZ, and CO. Hybrid work; travel up to 40% is required to support SBUs and drive workforce excellence.

Responsibilities include deploying HR strategy, leading organizational change, and enhancing leadership effectiveness while ensuring compliance and a superior employee experience in a safety-critical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, MRO, aerospace or complex operations.
• 3+ years leading multi-site / multi-state HR team of HRBPs and/or HR Generalists to high performance.
• 3+ years budgeting experience and P&L awareness to align people decisions with financial objectives.
• 3+ years developing workforce strategy, organization design, change management, performance enablement and culture improvement.
• HR transformation experience required
• Experience overseeing workplace investigations
• Advanced capability in HR analytics and data-driven workforce planning.
• Ability to travel regularly between Kansas City, Miami, Ft. Myers, Palm City, Phoenix, and Broomfield; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of HR Business Partner support to SBUs within CRS (600+ employee population).
• Deploy HR strategy and translate enterprise direction into site action through workforce strategy and organization design.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives and deploy adaptable systems to sustain change.
• Drive SBU-level performance enablement by operationalizing performance management and leveraging analytics.
• Build organizational capability and succession planning across division SBUs.
• Enhance mission readiness and leader effectiveness by partnering with SBU leadership.
• Oversee employee experience initiatives ensuring leadership alignment.
• Develop high-performing HR teams to deliver best-in-class business partner support.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, including FAA/DOT Drug & Alcohol program.
• Oversee audits, investigations and incident response for assigned SBUs.
