• Oversee onboarding and payroll collaboration with local teams.
• Coach managers to drive performance and engagement.
• Communicate policies clearly and foster DEI.
• Drive engagement programs to improve retention.
• Coordinate local payroll providers and ensure legal compliance.
• Lead annual performance management and budget exercises.
• Guide talent reviews, succession planning, and mobility.
• Partner with compensation to analyze local market data.
• Manage HR projects with cross-functional teams.
