Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Human Resources Director to support corporate and retail teams across the Latin America and Caribbean region from its Coral Gables, FL headquarters. You will partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities and drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with the Americas HR team on regional and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in human resources and people management.
• Luxury retail experience required; Latin American and Caribbean market experience highly desirable.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese, Spanish, and/or French preferred.
• Strong communication, team-building, collaboration, and people-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, provide objective feedback, and work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Lead performance management, career development, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Manage compliance and employee engagement across the region.
