Skilled Nursing Facility of Delaware in Millsboro, DE is seeking a Full Time Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for a confidential facility in Sussex County. The role requires prior LTC or skilled nursing HR experience and a hands-on approach to payroll, compliance training, and employee relations.

You will oversee onboarding, background checks, FMLA/LOA processes, licensure tracking, and mandatory in-service training to ensure state survey readiness and high workforce standards.

Qualifications

• Prior HR experience in LTC or skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with payroll, leaves, and compliance.
• Ability to maintain employee records and training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and compliance trainings.
• Manage facility payroll.
