Newark Rehabilitation, a 145-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Director Long Term Care to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws and policies.
