Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a highly capable Human Resources Director to oversee benefits and leave administration (including FMLA), employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and payroll in a Florida long-term care setting. This on-site role leads timekeeping, payroll audits, and regulatory adherence while driving HR programs across facilities.

The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required in long term care.
• 2 years HR management experience, including recruiting experience, required
• 2 years payroll processing experience required
• Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations
• Staffing coordination experience preferred
