Job summary

Under limited supervision, you will enter, validate, and reconcile employee data, participate in audits, and collaborate with HR colleagues including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and four+ years in HR administration.
• Customer-focused with knowledge of HR policies.
• 2+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, Payroll support with high-volume data entry.
• 2+ years with SuccessFactors EC, SAP, ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to process high volumes while keeping quality.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume HR transactions in EC and SAP.
• Review, validate, and enter HR data for hires, transfers, terminations.
• Manage and resolve 30-40 HR ServiceNow cases daily.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance prior to processing.
• Perform pre-entry and post-entry validation of master data.
• Reconcile data across EC, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
• Support audits and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
