Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in HR administration or related field.
Customer focus with comprehensive understanding of HR policies.
2+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services with high-volume data entry.
2+ years with SuccessFactors EC, SAP, ServiceNow, or comparable HR systems.
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to process high transaction volumes while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

Process high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors EC and SAP.
Review, validate, and enter data for hires, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes.
Manage a high volume of HR cases (30-40 per day) via ServiceNow.
Perform data validation and reconciliation across EC, SAP and related systems.
Document corrections and maintain audit-ready records.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and SLA adherence.
Collaborate with HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
