Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota seeks an HR Data Specialist to accurately execute employee data transactions within Core HCM, maintain records, and support HR partners across standard administration processes.

You will handle hires, terminations, promotions, and lifecycle events, ensure policy compliance, and assist with testing of Core HCM releases. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years HR, shared services, administrative, or data administration experience.
• Workday Core HCM experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine employee lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, job changes, promotions, start date changes, compensation changes, leave transactions, transfers, and organizational assignments.
• Ensure transactions are entered timely and accurately following documented procedures.
• Manage assigned cases and respond to requests for employee data administration support.
• Validate incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with organizational policies and retention requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures and job aids; recommend documentation updates when process changes are identified.
• Participate in testing activities for Core HCM releases, defects, enhancements, and business process changes.
