Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an HR Data Transactions & Analytics Associate in Charlotte, NC for a 4+ month contract. You will manage employee data transactions across HR systems like PeopleSoft and ServiceNow, ensure accuracy and compliance, and help improve data processes and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in HR Operations or HRIS, familiarity with HR platforms, and a strong eye for detail to support timely data updates and analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems including Workday and ADP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Process and maintain employee data transactions, incl. new hires, terminations, leave dates, and changes.
• Data Quality and Compliance: follow data quality standards and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to reduce errors and boost efficiency.
• Reporting and Analytics: generate reports to support HR decisions.
• Collaboration: work with peers and team lead to resolve data issues.
