The Legal Aid Society is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to optimize HRIS and support HR, finance, and leadership with data-driven insights. The role focuses on accurate data management, cross-functional reporting, and system improvements to enable informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include creating recurring and ad hoc reports, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and training HR staff on systems and reporting tools to support the organization’s mission in New York.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience related to HRIS, data analytics, or business systems.
• 2+ years of work experience, or 6+ years of post-secondary education with relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis fundamentals.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Mansioni

• Writes and maintains recurring and ad hoc HR and workforce reports to answer business questions.
• Develops data visualization tools to provide timely access to essential personnel information for stakeholders.
• Analyzes workforce data to identify trends, variances, data quality issues and compliance considerations.
• Recommends metrics, reporting approaches and process improvements to support decisions and data-driven work.
