Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Governance Senior Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office to strengthen governance, measurement, and communication of data policies across enterprise forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, technology, or related field.
• Five years of experience in data governance, data management, risk and controls, regulatory reporting, or program management.
• Ability to develop executive-ready written materials and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across distributed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong program management skills with action tracking and dependency management.
• Experience maintaining process documentation and governance artifacts.
• Analytical skills to define and explain governance metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence as collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of data governance concepts including policy, standards, ownership, stewardship, controls, and issue management.
• Attention to detail with ability to quality-check complex materials before publication.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance materials for executive data governance committees aligned to objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Produce materials for enterprise governance forums ensuring accountability and consistent messaging.
• Maintain enterprise data governance documentation with disciplined versioning and review cycles.
• Produce controls-focused governance metrics and quarterly reporting with process documentation.
• Build presentations and executive-ready summaries for senior stakeholder engagements.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor due dates, actions, and completion status.
• Coordinate updates with stakeholders across lines of business and corporate functions.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback to improve clarity and responsiveness of communications.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, business operations, and control partners for unified governance.
• Support continuous improvement across data governance programs and documentation uplift.
• Contribute to broader enterprise data office initiatives as needed.
