Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk and Controls Senior Associate within the Global Technology Chief Data Office.

The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the bank’s data governance framework, expanding metrics coverage, and aligning with strategic data priorities to drive compliance and robust data controls. You will collaborate with metrics leads and SMEs across the GT CDO, partner with Technology Controls and Global Technology Data Owners, and contribute to managing data

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience communicating complex risk concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of data governance concepts and risk management.

Responsibilities

Manage the GT implementation and measurement of firmwide data management frameworks with SMEs.
Oversee Firmwide Data Assurance metrics and technology data-related control procedures.
Facilitate evidence aggregation for GT Data Management audits or regulatory reviews.
Represent GT CDO in firmwide forums and committees.
Deliver projects related to data governance metrics and training for data management roles.
Drive changes to processes, procedures, or controls in line with Data Assurance policies.
Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and status reports daily.
