Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in HR operations, HR data management, HRIS administration, or a similar role.
• One year of management responsibility.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a high-volume data team, providing oversight and guidance for accurate service delivery.
• Establishes goals, action plans, and performance standards aligned with district needs and SLAs.
• Conducts audits and quality checks on HR data across systems and implements corrective actions.
