Job summary

You will ensure accurate data between BusinessPlus and PowerSchool, oversee pay assignments, and support daily HR operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Background check under Ohio requirements
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of high‑level office admin/HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing day-to-day office logistics and admin support

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS input and data administration, including employee master records and pay assignments.
• Review board documents for personnel agenda verification and ensure data synchronization between BusinessPlus and PowerSchool.
• Provide general HR office support: scheduling, calendars, filing, mail, and document preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel records and interact with employees, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Act as liaison for customer inquiries and support HR leadership and departmental priorities.
