Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. seeks an HR Data Coordinator to maintain employee data integrity within the HRIS. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, auditable data management across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include processing data changes, audits, reporting, and resolving data discrepancies, while safeguarding confidentiality and privacy standards. This role supports a global tech leader with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HRIS data entry or HR operations experience.
• Experience processing high-volume employee data changes.
• Hands-on with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG Pro, ADP, SAP EF, Oracle Fusion).
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data validation).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to clarify requests.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Collaborative mindset across HR and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process employee data changes in the HRIS accurately and timely.
• Manage lifecycle transactions: new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and org changes.
• Review change requests for accuracy; follow up to resolve gaps.
• Serve as contact for data updates and communicate statuses.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for HRIS transactions.
• Audit HRIS data; reconcile with offers, payroll, and benefits records.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports for stakeholders.
