Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing is seeking an HR Analyst to process a high volume of HR events and support the employee lifecycle for a large U.S./Canada population. The role emphasizes accurate master data management and proactive collaboration with HR partners and employees.

The position requires 1–3 years in transaction processing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information using MS Office tools, including Excel, for auditing and data review.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting high-volume transactional processing.
• Experience with payroll, HR shared services, or master data is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review transactions for completeness.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of HR transaction events within HR technology systems following defined processes.
• Maintain adherence to SLAs with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Coordinate auditing and monitoring of employee master data to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation with all stakeholders.
• All other duties as assigned.
