Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking an HR Data Management Coordinator to ensure accurate, secure employee records across the full lifecycle, including data administration, file management, and HR transactions.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to maintain compliance and data integrity while supporting HR service delivery through the HR Operations system.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Paycom, Paycor, Dayforce, Workday, or similar)
• Experience with confidential personnel files and employee transactions
• Manufacturing or multi-location experience preferred
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data across HR systems
• Process employee transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations
• Validate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain complete employee records throughout the lifecycle
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with HR and business teams to ensure data integrity
• Administer the HR Operations ticketing and case management system
• Triage, assign, and resolve HR service requests within SLA expectations
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR data and processes
