Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an HR Data and Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for accuracy, governance, and insights across HR data. You will oversee Workday reporting, build dashboards, and partner with Legal and Internal Controls on data security.

The role focuses on data maturity, automation, and self-service analytics for senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR data/analytics, strong Workday and HRIS experience, and a master’s in analytics or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, analysis, HR preferred or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field is a plus.
• Min of 5 years of technical experience with various HR processes (Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll).
• Payroll/timekeeping system configuration experience preferred.
• HRIS system implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HR analysts; performance reviews and coaching.
• Oversee Workday reporting infrastructure and dashboard development.
• Serve as escalation point for advanced data inquiries and data modeling.
• Advance HR analytics roadmap and self-service reporting enhancements.
• Partner with DB&T, Legal, Internal Controls on data security and audits.
• Provide insights to senior leadership from HR analytics and metrics.
• Mentor HR analysts, data specialists and reporting professionals.
• Support data mapping for Workday integrations with other systems.
• Document requirements, assist with testing, training and conversions.
• Assist in system upgrades and data conversions for HRIS.
• Develop audit/testing procedures to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain HR systems and leverage best practices with business leads.
• Cross-train and support special HRIS projects.
