Job summary

Veolia North America seeks an HR Data and Analytics Manager to govern HR data, drive accurate reporting, and deliver analytics to leadership. You will design, implement, and maintain data management and governance across HR systems and partner with stakeholders to improve data literacy.

The role leads a team of analysts, manages Workday reporting and dashboards, ensures data security, and supports integrations and audits while aligning with the HR analytics roadmap and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, analysis, HR preferred or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Min of 5 years of technical experience with various HR processes (Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Leaves of Absence); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping system configuration strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS system implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts through performance reviews, coaching, and workload distribution.
• Oversee Workday reporting infrastructure, including custom reports and dashboards.
• Serve as escalation point for advanced inquiries, data modeling or sensitive data requests.
• Drive HR analytics roadmap, automation, and self-service reporting; improve data literacy across HR.
• Partner with DB&T, Legal, and Internal Controls to maintain data security controls and audits.
• Provide data insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on HR metrics.
• Manage HR analytics professionals, guiding career development and skill advancement.
• Support data mapping for Workday integrations with other systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Document requirements, develop data/functional design, and assist with testing and training.
