Job summary

Uline is seeking an HR Analyst to turn data into business insights that shape workforce strategies. You will analyze HR data, create reports, and deliver recommendations to attract, develop, and retain talent as part of a growing analytics team at our Corporate Headquarters.

The role emphasizes collaborating with business teams, improving data quality, and building tools with Excel, SQL, and Workday to support recruiting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.
