Job summary

Specialty Building Products in Duluth, GA is seeking an HR Data Analyst to maintain accurate, secure HR data and deliver actionable reports. You will partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to produce recurring and ad hoc reports and help develop dashboards that inform workforce decisions.

Qualifications

Experience with HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or related data.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with UKG and Cognos BI preferred; SQL knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, validate, and distribute HR reports for stakeholders.
Support headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, payroll, and timekeeping reporting.
Use UKG and Cognos BI to extract, analyze, and present HR data.
Build and improve Excel-based reports, trackers, and data-validation processes.
Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and dashboards.
Review data for accuracy; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
