Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis related to HR talent management strategy.
• Manage LMS system and troubleshoot for Travel + Leisure Co. client group.
• Create reports and dashboards to support HR initiatives and strategy.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Develop reporting formats and identify trends for organizational direction.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to meet data reporting needs.
• Prepare GPTW and other HR analytics as requested by leadership.
