What You Can Expect

The HR Data Analyst I provides essential support for HR projects, programs, and data/reporting needs by leveraging current systems and applications. This role involves investigating issues and collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions. The position also ensures that HR informational needs are met by modifying system configurations to adapt to evolving organizational requirements. It focuses on maintaining accurate data and delivering timely reporting to support HR objectives. Additionally, the role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization. Overall, it contributes to the success of HR operations and strategic goals.

Conduct routine data audits to ensure data quality within HCM systems and identify areas for process improvement.
Generate routine and ad hoc HR data reports and provide insights to support HR and business unit decision-making.
Configure HCM foundational tables, approve system requests, and perform system testing for changes and enhancements. • Collaborate with internal experts and external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve HCM system issues.
Extract HR data and submit regulatory compliance reports, including BLS, US Census Bureau, EEO-1, and AAP reports.
Document team processes for the Knowledge Base and assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks during quarterly Group Social Reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics or related discipline required
Minimum three years’ experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
