Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers is hiring an HR Coordinator for our Distribution Center in Lodi, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports HR operations in a union environment and includes overseeing timekeeping, onboarding, and payroll support.

The position offers a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and a retirement plan, with a pay range of $25–$28 per hour based on experience. Saturday half-days during peak season are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field or 2 years of labor union experience.
• Ability to work half days on Saturdays during peak season (August to February).
• Proficiency with HRIS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and office equipment.
• Understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and CBAs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual (Punjabi or Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and management.
• Oversee timekeeping, reconcile timecards, and manage meal penalty process.
• Print and provide annual plant rules and onboarding materials.
• Process documentation and prepare staffing, training and performance reports.
• Handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Provide payroll, scheduling, benefits, and leave administration backups.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Assist with employee inquiries and issue resolution.
• Interface and strengthen HR relations with other departments.
• Tackle other duties and projects as assigned.
