Job summary
Pacific Coast Producers is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our brand-new Distribution Center in Woodland, CA. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on supervising staff, overseeing inventory and shipping, and coordinating production schedules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field; 2+ years management in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train staff.
- Experience with ERP and MS Office in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of labeling and packaging equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff on policies, GMPs, and procedures.
- Oversee warehouse functions: inventory control, logistics, and shipping.
- Coordinate production schedules with the Operations Manager.
- Maintain records and report shortages, overages, and losses.
- Ensure SOPs and safety requirements are followed.
