Pacific Coast Producers, a farmer-owned cooperative, is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Distribution Center in Lodi, CA. This on-site, full-time role supports timekeeping, payroll backup, recruitment, and employee relations within a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of related labor experience in a Union environment.
• Ability to work half days on Saturdays during peak season (August to February).
• Proficiency with HRIS applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and various types of office equipment.
• Understanding of timekeeping practices, scheduling, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timekeeping data, reconcile timecards, and manage meal penalty processes.
• Print and distribute annual plant rules and forms for all CBA employees (on-boarding, training, scheduling).
• Assist in staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations data.
• Provide back-up for payroll, scheduling, benefits, and leave administration.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes and field employee inquiries.
