Schillings in Saint John, IN is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to support benefits, training, and workplace safety. The role involves collaborating with managers, maintaining LMS training, and ensuring compliance across four locations.

Minimal travel is required, with on-site work Monday–Friday and growth potential within the HR function. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Business or HR, have 2–3 years of related experience, and be proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience with HCM or ATS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows OS.
• High confidentiality with sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of HR activities including benefits, training and workplace safety.
• Coordinate training in LMS and manage annual compliance training.
• Handle compliance tasks: OSHA reporting, DOT files, FMLA tracking and incident reports.
• Engage with employees and managers to support HR open door policy and conflict resolution.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, time & attendance, and payroll-related tasks.
