Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR.
• 1–3 years HR experience with recruitment, onboarding and ATS.
• Payroll processing expertise with timekeeping systems.
• Proficiency in UKG/UltiPro is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Forge connections with local schools and organizations to build a talent pipeline.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and HR records using UKG/UltiPro.
• Lead onboarding processes and support payroll, benefits and policy guidance.
