• Be the payroll expert ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
• Navigate HR, benefits, and payroll policies with clarity and consistency.
• Maintain wage scale adherence and workers’ compensation liaison.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous personnel records for compliance and accuracy.
• Lead engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
• Ensure legal postings are up to date.
