Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You will help shape a positive workplace and ensure HR processes run smoothly across the team.

You’ll handle full-cycle recruiting, onboard new hires, manage UKG/UltiPro-based payroll tasks, and assist with compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, focused on recruitment, onboarding, and applicant tracking.
• Proven payroll processing expertise and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
• Proficiency with UKG/UltiPro is essential and knowledge of HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle from job posting to hire.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage payroll accuracy and timely processing using UKG/UltiPro.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and leaves of absence (FMLA).
• Support performance management initiatives and training on HR policies.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and assist with wage scale adherence.
