Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, HR processes, employee development, and talent management initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will maintain employee data in Workday, generate reports, coordinate onboarding and exits, and assist with performance reviews and mentoring programs. This role offers exposure to talent operations and a pathway to broaden HR expertise while contributing to a growing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3+ years of HR, recruiting, talent operations, or professional services experience.
Experience with Workday and/or other HR information systems preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee and recruiting data in Workday and other HR systems.
Prepare reports and analyze recruiting, training, and HR metrics.
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, employment transitions, and exit interviews.
Support associate training, performance evaluations, mentoring programs, and early-career initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality requirements.
