Kids for the Future is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator in Terre Haute, IN to drive recruiting, onboarding, payroll data accuracy, and benefits administration while upholding HR policies and confidentiality. You’ll steward the employee experience from day one and support team members through career moments.

The role emphasizes coordinating onboarding, processing payroll data in HRIS, managing benefits inquiries, and guiding staff through performance cycles in a dynamic workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of hands-on HR support or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.
• Experience with recruiting pipelines and onboarding programs.
• Proficient use of ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end recruiting, screening, and sourcing top talent.
• Lead onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions to welcome new hires.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and process payroll with confidentiality.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to employee questions.
• Navigate employee relations matters with HR policy guidance.
• Coordinate annual performance management processes.
