Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR Coordinator experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR.
• HR certification or in progress (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
• Experience with HRIS systems and multi-state HR operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and guidance on policies and benefits.
• Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and offboarding; maintain records and assist with audits.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and engagement activities; promote culture and organizational goals.
