Job summary

SafeNest is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator in Las Vegas to independently manage HR operations for the Donation Center and thrift store workforce.

The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR compliance, training coordination, and workforce support, reporting to the VP of People & Culture. It requires a driven professional with 4–7 years of HR experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience supporting hourly, high-volume, retail, or nonprofit workforces.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from posting to hire for multiple roles.
• Own the complete new-hire onboarding process.
• Maintain HR compliance and employee records.
• Provide employee relations support and escalate complex matters.
• Coordinate HR training and workforce development.
• Support payroll-related HR processes and timekeeping.
