Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance.
• Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or fast-paced service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes from requisition through integration.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to update job descriptions and post positions.
• Assist with candidate communications, interviews, and pre-screening.
• Support onboarding packets, orientations, and benefits enrollment processes.
• Maintain HR records, assist payroll-related transactions, and support HR audits and reporting.
• Manage HRIS and recruiting systems, assist with compliance activities and documentation.
