Job summary

LaRue County Schools seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of recruitment, application processing, and personnel actions for district employees. The role coordinates the online application system and maintains personnel records.

You will provide information and assistance to district personnel and the public regarding personnel matters, ensure compliance with wage/hour policies and regulations, and oversee employment procedures and background

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Equivalent education, training, and/or experience may be considered.
